Order Processing

Orders for products that are in stock are generally processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If any product is temporarily out of stock or requires fresh preparation, dispatch may take up to 7–10 business days.
In such cases, our team will keep you informed about the expected dispatch timeline.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
